The hotel is located in a wonderful location. The staff is friendly and competent. Easy access to Greater Peoria Regional airport, which is only about a 20-minute drive away. Great service overall.

The rooms have a thermostat and a roll-in shower. Good area and location, close to restaurants, hospital, and mall. - Easy access to shopping areas and plenty of dining options nearby.

The price was very reasonable, and they honor the Booked.net price even when the hotel is full. They have a nice-looking outdoor pool. The staff willingly obtained and printed driving directions for us, and made a couple copies at no charge. There's an ATM on site. Their vending machines have Coke products. The hotel is practically next door to two shopping malls with a good variety of stores, including Macy's.

Baymont Inn is 10-15 minutes from downtown Peoria via I-74. The hotel is very difficult to access. Don't believe your eyes. In other words, you may see the sign, but you can't get to it easily. Use your GPS and listen to it! Exit I-74 at Sterling Road (NOT War Memorial Dr) and enter the shopping mall parking lot, driving around the outer edge until you find the well-marked access road to three hotels. The outside of the hotel is attractive. The inside is worn and not the cleanest. Get good directions to your room from the staff because there is not sufficient signage on the floors. The non-smoking rooms are ok, but the smoking rooms are dirty. The linens were stained. Rooms are small, and bathrooms are tiny. TV is fuzzy. Internet is free, but I was unable to get it to connect. The heater/air conditioner is the loudest I've ever encountered, even when set on "fan". When I turned it off, I could hear next-door conversations, noise from the pool, and cars on the highway. The phone in my room didn't work. When I reported it, the staff said they knew about it. No help there. Self-serve breakfast, such as it is, is free. Bring your hand sanitizer as everyone handles the equipment.

The TV was very poor quality, everything was very used. Breakfast has very little to offer. Very little fruit choices and no yogurt or butter.

The room was modern and affordable, offering free WiFi, a roll-in shower, and a thermostat. The location was convenient, close to major roads and downtown Peoria, Illinois. The staff was extremely friendly, ensuring a quick check-in and accommodating a late check-out.

Access into hotel is confusing and difficult.

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was decent, and located next to a mall, which means there are shopping options for lunch and dinner. Air conditioning worked very well.

Needs a very urgent remodel/update. Lights too dim in hall and bathroom. Hall looked terrible, even in dim light. Not enough space here to write details, but entire interior, including lobby, needs to be brightened and updated/remodeled.

The stay was very relaxing and the room was budget-friendly but functional with a microwave, thermostat, and a nice TV.

We needed a roll away bed-cot. That was the part that was not comfortable. I left a Rosary under my pillow and hope it is in lost and found, I need it back desperately and will call if not too late today!

The processing of my visa credit/debit card. I have anxiety every time I stay here, because of the "double charge" reflected on my checking account that shows for a week or longer. It terrifies me that it will go through a second time.

Comparing this one to the one we stay at in Asheville NC is a big difference. Peoria needs a face lift.

We arrived late and were tired and were grateful that the staff were cheerful and helpful which enabled us to get settled in quickly. Breakfast was good and nice to have before we had to get an early start to our day.
